Download installation guide for Dynamics CRM 2015 : www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx it has full steps for you, you can download Dynamics CRM 2015 trial it will be there for 90 days Or you could send a online trail for CRM 2015 it will be there for 30 days.
Then download CRM SDK it will have sample code to work with CRM organization service, you can use to create data in CRM.
