Inventory Id and using Copy special to create a new Item

I have tried to find another instance of this issue but have not been able to. When I open an inventory ID and select the COPY SPECIAL (Screen: Inventory Item, Section: [ALL], Include lower levels selected)everything seems fine. I then click on new for a new item and input in the new ID and select PASTE. I receive a message to verify if I want to use the same GL Class accounts and I select yes. The next screen is then a Programming Bulletproof error 11500. The event handler is IN102500.form1.cbosafetystockpolicy_CHK line .

    there are no customizations that screen.

    Is any Customization exists in Inventory Items Screen?

    If yes then try with Standard Mode
