Change In Shipping Method not Rolling down to Line Items Intermittently

Hi,

Have anyone experience this issue? When our reps create orders via Sales Transaction Entry, and changes the shipping method from the Sales Customer Detail Entry, sometimes the change doesn't roll down to the items. It's intermittent and we can't find a pattern. Sometimes there is a need to change the shipping method from the default one that's associated to an account when it was created. The window that's asking if the rep wants to roll down the changes appears but the shipping method in the line items remain unchanged.

Thanks.

about 90% of the time, the change in shipping method rolls down to the line items. However, there are some invoice where this issue happens.

I just checked this and it didnt roll down to the line items, though the relationship field mapping exist between order and orderproduct still it doesnt copy data to line item. Looks like a bug.

Try using a WF (sync) to fetch data from parent on record create. So when the line item is created the WF fetch the data header and paste to line item.
