Hello,

I receive this error message when I view my Excel template in online within CRM. Where do I need to go to allow these add ins to appear?

It's a people graph add in that I've used.

Hi, you need to ask the administrator to set the following to "on".

Microsoft 365 Admin center> Setting > Org setting >User owned apps and services
