Qty. Discounts - Return, Qty. Discount does not appear

My clerk sold 12 bottles of wine,  We have a 10% discount for 12 bottles.  The Customer returned the 12 bottles,  My clerk did a return, the discount did not appear on the 12 bottle return transaction,  Thus I lost 10% per bottle.  How do I fix my system to figure the discounts on return transactions?

    Yes it appears there is a bug in the later versions of RMS, but I am compelled to upgrade to the latest version of RMS since I have been notified by Wells Fargo Bank that the older versions of RMS will not be able to process credit cards after August 31st, 2013.

        Thanks for your input on this subject.

    Apparently this is a bug in later versions of RMS.  Please instead of using the return (Ctrl - F4) button or a negative quantity, return from the Recall button and the original transaction.  This will make sure you get the original price at the time of the sale, every return and not the current price.

        I was on version 2.0.0150, and just upgraded to 155.  All Items were returned at the same time.  The recall button was not used.  The original transaction occurred about 7 days previous to the return.  I have tried a return with the new version, but the discount still does not show on the return.

        I am going to install upgrade FP2 and take my version up to 2.0.1000 within the next week or two.

    How did the clerk do the return.  If they did not use the Recall(F11) button to process?  Did they return all the bottles at the same time.  

    Also need to know which version of pos you are using.  Can be found under the about button.
