I'm trying to find out if it's possible to use lead scoring as part of a customer journey in MS Dynamics.
For example, if I have an existing audience that I want to send on a different journey depending on their lead score (the lead score model has already been set-up in the system), is that possible? I've looked in the customer journey window and I can't see anything obvious, other than potentially using an existing segment that already includes the lead score criteria.
Can anyone offer any insights/advice please?

The scores cannot be used in a customer journey as a condition directly.
Using segment is the only way to achieve that.
