I'm trying to utilise the Copy-Paste Function from Excel into The Payables Window in Great Plains, specifically at the level/window of 'Payables Transaction Entry Distribution'.
The version of Great Plains I am using is 18.6.1695 (2023)
If this is a Security Issue which the administrator (in this case, my supervisor) can resolve, please kindly advise on what and where to go to enable this function in Dynamics Great Plain.
I have attached two pictures for reference of my encountered issue.
What is missing is security to the PM Transaction Paste Validation Report. You will need to add this to a Security Task that is assigned to the user or create a new one and assign it to a role assigned to the user or create a new role and task to be assigned to the user.
In the screenshot below, this is option you need to select and what Product, Type, Series is needed.
