Good Day:
Got a silly question. I am able to add competitors to leads and opportunities, but I do not have a way to see all my competitors like the an account, opportunity or lead. When I look at the Areas to Display this entity Section on the customization interface, I have no way of checking sales or any other area. What am I missing here?

Could you find them in the Advance Find? If yes you just have ti customize the sitemap else you don't have sufficient privileges.
Hi Omar,
It is usally displayed under Sales >> Sales >> Competitor. If its not visible to you then you can customize the sitemap and add it to the sitemap manually.

You can download xrmtoolbox and yuse the sitemap editor tool https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/
