Hey guys,

I'm trying to set up Customer Aging data to flow through to PowerBI for analysis and unfortunately I am receiving error message "At least one company account must be selected". Are you able to review my screenshots and advise what I am doing incorrectly?

Cheers,
Regan

    Hi Regan,

If you select the batch task, you can click on the button Parameters. This will open the parameters selection form for the Create a customer aging snapshop periodic job. On this form, there is a tab page called Company range. Check if you have selected at least one of the company accounts.

Thanks André, apologies I should have included that screenshot in my issue description. Yep - it has the same code selected here in the company range

    Hey Andre,

I think I resolved the issue by going into each Batch Job, click Parameters, unchecking the Company, re-checking the company, saving and then running. I haven’t received any batch job errors since starting.

Assuming this has resolved the issue, can you advise why we are required to do this? Is it a bug with the copy batch job function?

    Cheers,

    Regan

    Hi Regan,

Thanks for your reply. I was not aware you copied the batch job. I don't have the experience myself, but maybe it was indeed something that got mixed up by copying the batch job.
