Cannot amend Parts Qty Ordered in Service Call if part ordered

We have a a Service Call where the QTY Ordered was 7, but only purchased 1 item. Backordered shows 6. Subsequently we found the call can be completed with just one item, but cannot amend the Qty Ordered from 7 to 1 (can't edit the field). Hence Backordered stays at 6 and therefore will not allow call to be completed saying "You may not complete a backordered or intransit document."

Hence we would like to edit the QTY Ordered to 1 and the Backordered to 0. Can we do this in the SQL Data or any other way?
