Dynamics 365 Demo Environment Tier 5

We have a customer having millions of Item records and average of 350,000 Invoices per month.

We need to prepare a proof of concept to convince them that Dynamics 365 can handle such volume of data and transactions. For that reason we need to prepare a demo environment with Tier 5.

Do you have any experience or knowledge if We can do a demo environment Tier 5 so we can prepare our proof of concept on it to convince the customer.

To the best of my knowledge, Tier 5 is purchased during the course of an implementation.

You can reach to out Microsoft and see what they say.

I suggest you deploy a cloud hosted environment with a good Ram size and number of cores on Azure. This can serve for your proof of concept.

Thanks Komi for the answer but actually we need to show the customer the environment as its going to be in real scenario with big volume of Data. So, we need to show him the performance on Tier 5.

I appreciate to know if anybody has ever done that in order to learn from their experience.

Hey Mohamad.

A couple questions:

- Are you talking of Finance and Operations, SCM, Commerce (ERP), Sales (CRM)?

- I know that for example on Sales, you can create a 30-day trials and perform loads to test behavior. Not sure if this would match your "tier 5" request.

I'm talking about the Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM

My question is about specifically the ability to create demo environment as Tier 5 because we want to show the customer the best capabilities of Dynamics 365 when it comes to big number of Data (around 4 million products and half million invoices per month).
