A small query.......................how many bulk mails can be sent at a time in dynamics 365 customer service

Hi Nidhi,

The option you mentioned is 'send direct Email' button?

If so, there is no Microsoft documentation on the number of emails that can be sent at a time.

There are three options can be selected, one option allows you can send emails to all records on all pages, which means that it can support a large number of sends, so you don't have to worry too much.

If you insist on a specific number, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
