wow, very old story.
pc&c was founded in denmark. that company developed PCPlus, an accounting software. later then the company and their product were renamed in Navision. years later that company was bought by microsoft. Another years later Navision was renamed to Dynamics Nav.
for the history follow
en.wikipedia.org/.../Microsoft_Dynamics_NAV
dynamicsuser.net/.../what-is-pc-c
dynamicsuser.net/.../1983-to-1987-the-adventure-begins-pc-c-founded
I am asking that ,PC&C released its first accounting package "PCPlus" that is followed in 1987 the first version of Navision . So that time what language used?
what do you mean ?
Is this used when it was pc&c and navigator?
C/AL resembles the Pascal language on which it is based. But, as Jonathan mentioned, it has been used from the very beginning of the product.
c/al is the programming language in dynamics nav (navision) since the beginning of navision.
