    Hi Shabir,

I assume that you refer to the mobile approval.

There is a whitepaper for that. Please see link from Vinit.

Before you implement this I would like to know whether you plan to upgrade to D365FO anytime soon?

I am asking this because the AX2012 mobile approval is not very nice in my opinion.

You basically get a link that will open you the approval site.

If you want to have a good 'experience' with a nice mobile app then I would suggest you to have a look at D365FO and the related PowerPlatform functionalities.

There is a ton of additional options that you have available there and that will help you designing things much nicer.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Shabir,

If you plan to upgrade to D365FO within the next couple of month (<6 month) then I would probably wait until you are live on D365FO. Otherwise you have to do similar work multiple times.

In case you have to work longer with AX2012 then implement things as outlined in the whitepaper / blog post share above.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Good morning Shabir,

Do you need any other information / help for this issue at the moment or can we get this thread completed by verifying the answers?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
