Approval Workflow

Hi Gurus,

We are trying to setup an approval workflow but we are running into several issues.

We have an approval chain setup with 4 people in 1 sequence. It only takes 1 person to approve to release the document. 

Unfortunately, when an approver approves and releases the document. When it is re-opened, it cannot be sent in again for approval.

Attached is how our approval is setup.

Is there a way to make it so when an approved document is re-opened it can be sent in for approval again?

    Hello,

    I tried this in CRONUS Sandbox and sent the Approval out and approved it. I then Reopened the PO and changed it and then Sent the Approval again. Can you recreate in CRONUS Sandbox?

    It seems to work fine in CRONUS sandbox. Just not on our production enviroment.

    Looks like my workflow user group combined with my on condition approval request is approved is creating the problem.

    Is there any way I can make it so multiple users can be approvers and only require one approval?
