Hi

I'm using Microsoft dynamic CRM 2016 version 1.1 installed on a windows server 2016. I set IFD up for the intended server and I'm logging in to it and its working correctly.

But I got some problems:

1. I developed a mobile application that is trying to connect to this web API Server. but I'm unable to do so.

2. I developed a software using c# that integrates asterisk with dynamic crm. after setting up IFD ,I wasn't able to login the application to CRM. I used Oauth2 but couldn't get the results and still got problems logging into crm using adfs login forms. 

Can anyone walk me through this processes or have a sample code of what I need ?

    There shouldn't be much difference in authentication between Basic and IFD authentication, we have many applications running against IFD.

    Are you getting any errors? Are you using Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling to authenticate or other protocol?

    If you are using old  clientcredential method to connect crm and if you have updated your crm instance then all your custom applications built on old method will fail due connectivity issue. Then you have to change your authentication method of crm by XrmTooling connector dll. The following link might be helpful to change the connectivity method.
