Hi Team,
 
I have a requirement where I need to show in Report
 

 Currently Contact field in report shows name + surname  - we need e-mail address 

 Owner field shows Dynamics user name  - we need e-mail address to remove ambiguity

 Closing month shows the actual date: can we report MM/YYYY instead of the date?

 

 

Is this above scenarios possible in report if yes how???

    Contact and Owner should be shown with lookup field on current entity, right?
    Essentially, a lookup field establishes a link between two entities by displaying the name of the record on the other entity.
    But instead of adding the lookup field itself, you can add the email field on the associated entity directly through the link established by the lookup field:
    For example:
    1)Build one report on case entity:
    2)Add email fields from contact and user entities:
    The last request is a bit confusing: Closing month shows the actual date: can we report MM/YYYY instead of the date?
    Closing month is one field? and you only want to show the year and month?
