Is it possible to enable/disable delete buttion in Great Plains Windows on the basis of user id and records.? except field level security. and without dex code.

You can do it with VBA. You need to have the Customation Site Enabler registered or own Modifier in order to use a VBA customization.

This wouldn't be a difficult customization - based on ID. Based on records - we'd need to know a little more about the qualifications.
