Printing from GP 2013

We recently upgraded to GP 2013 and we have users where when they print edit lists the entire document would not print. In that a GL Edit list where you have 2 decimal positions, you will only see one zero.

In one of these instances I tried printing from our Terminal Server with the same results.

    Have you checked whether your window and edit report is modified? If so, change it into standard GP then try again.

    I am not sure I understand what you mean by 'standard' GP, but, there are no modifications to the edit lists.

    What I did resort to do is print to pdf and then to the printer and it prints ok.

    Standard GP means change into original GP reports/windows if your window or report was modified.

    Are you trying to print the GL Batch edit list?
