Hello Everyone,
I created a sandbox for my D365 Sales environment and a sandbox for my BC environment. I used the assisted set up to do a Dataverse integration. There was a bidirectional coupling between 'Vendor' in BC and 'Accounts' on the Dataverse. This created a lot of new records in the accounts entity when I ran the integration, I didnt really understand the ramifications of using both Vendors and Accounts from BC to map into Sales Accounts.
I tried to uncouple the records and sync them but the records created by the Business Central Integration were only modified and not deleted in the sync log. How do I get all these records to be deleted from the CRM?
All the best,
Josh
Thank you for sharing final solution!
Since this was just a BC Sandbox <> Sales Sandbox I was able to just filter the record with 'Created by' = Business Central Integration on the accounts to delete them.
