How to change decimal places on 1099 amounts

Currently on Version 12.00.2130 (Inlcudes 2016YE update)

We're set up for 5 decimal places in currency setup.  So when printing 1099's I need to change the decimal places from 5 to 2.  I've change the report field format from the default to 2 decimals but the form still prints the 1099 amount as 5 decimals

I've also deleted our modified form, inserted the default and tried formatting it again....you never know :)

Anyone have an idea how to fix this. It won't fly with the IRS!!!

Thanks

Peggy Aitken

Ok...I guess it's late and I'm embarrassed!  The decimal change worked just fine.  I had not granted rights to the modified form.  Once I granted rights the change to 2 decimals was there.

Thanks and I hope I didn't waste your time.

Was there any solution for this issue? I have the same situation.
