I have a situation where we want to flag released products as regulated and have the print product safety data sheet info log appear in several places. This works well except at the point of packing slip update and it prevents invoicing.
Here are the steps I've taken.
Released Products > Manage Inventory tab > Compliance > Regulated Products > New > Country/Region = USA, Reported = Yes, List = Default > CTRL + S
Inventory Management > Setup > Inventory Management Parameters > Compliance tab > Print product safety data sheet = Yes
Now once I run the sales order through the system and I'm about to print the packing slip update I cannot proceed and an error is returned. Attached you will find the error.
Is there a way around this to allow the packing slip update to occur?
Even after unchecking the Print Product Safety Data Sheet control the error appeared.
