I have run the email logging assisted setup in BC and Have successfully run the”Validate email logging setup” check. Having sent an email to an email address in the contact card I expected to see an interaction log entry created from the public folder in exchange but there was none.
i checked the job queue log entries and the error comments says “validating setup : the interaction template for email message has not been specified in the interaction template setup window.“
Can anyone explain how I setup the right interaction template and how I include this in the interaction template setup window?
