Interaction template setup

I have run the email logging assisted setup in BC and Have successfully run the”Validate email logging setup” check. Having sent an email to an email address in the contact card I expected to see an interaction log entry created from the public folder in exchange but there was none.

i checked the job queue log entries and the error comments says “validating setup : the interaction template for email message has not been specified in the interaction template setup window.“

Can anyone explain how I setup the right interaction template and how I include this in the interaction template setup window?

    Hi Robert,

    I'm not aware of any known issues around that interaction template setup area, therefore as a good start I recommend restoring a Cronus Demo DB from teh DVD and compare your setting with one of the demo db.

    Thanks for you response and advice.

    I created the following Interaction Template

    And based on the error message I setup the following in the interaction Template Setup but it still did not work.

    I would start following the advice of the error message. I would open "Interaction Template Setup" and verify that everything is defined for e-mails, with the related interaction templates.
