How to define business closure per department (and combine with automated message in whatsapp)

Is it possible to define several business closure schedules and assign them to different departments / workstreams? 

We want to create several 'whatapps reply teams' but those teams will have very diffent opening hours.

How would we deal with e.q. the triggers for automated messages for the different departments?
