Possible to relate Customer Voice Survey Response to Lead in Dynamics?

We have a few users using a link to capture Customer Voice Survey information from prospective leads.  In Power Automate, those responses are taken, and a new lead is created in Dynamics with the data.  

I'm wondering if there is a way to relate the survey response to the lead record through Power Automate?  When we initiate a CV survey through Dynamics, it attaches to the entity and shows up in the timeline—wondering if we can do the same for the anonymous responses that PA uses to create leads.

    As a follow-up... I've been attempting to solve this using the UPDATE ROW connector to set the regarding value of the CV response, but it just keeps throwing an error.
