I have created a role which can give partial access to a user. But assigning specific table data seems like not working. When any specific table data or forms are assigned to a specific user it does not show up. Any suggestions to do so?? Below that I have created:

Thanks again for the answer. It may some time to take control over Navision v4 fully as it is huge. Earlier the users were created so I did not have that much problem to login. Now I would like to create a new user and I have a windows account for remote access to the server. I am trying to create a database login so that I can able to modify the system with the new user. Following that I tried to create a new user for database login but it is asking for password again and tried to register the new user from the superuser ID:

You have to either delete customers form from manufacturing.

Don't assign manufacturing menu to sales & marketing people.

Thanks for your reply. It worked. But I am facing another issue right now. Let's say as an example Manufacturing, Sale & Marketing are having a common Table named 'Customers' - Table Data 18. When I assign The Table Data 18 - 'Customers' only To Sales & Marketing it again shows up in the Manufacturing. But I don not want that. I just want to show up The 'Customers' Table Data To Sales & Marketing only. How can it be done??

Please try adding TableData 18 and not Table 18
