Hello there,
I am using the permission recorder in BC to create roles per department based on the departments SOP's. I am having an issue with one role in particular, Customer Service. Basically all our Customer Service users do is create/modify Sales Orders and occasionally modify/add a contact to the customer card. For some reason I am having an issue when testing the role. I create the new role, then add to a created user group along with the BASIC permission set, when I log in as this role I get to the home page, then it blinks and errors out. I get "Something went wrong. An error has occurred. Azure AD Tenant ID: common"
I then tried using the canned/built in permission sets S&R-Customer, Edit and S&R-Q/O/I/R/C along with the BASIC permission set. I get the same result. I do not have this issue with any of the other roles I created.
Can someone either help or let me know what are the standard permission sets for a customer service user.
Thank you
Rachel
Hello Rachel - Do you have the LOCAL user permission set assigned to the user? I have seen not having this cause errors on login
