One of the best products that would ever think of, Excel Paste by Dynamics Innovations.
One more suggestion, you could include the "Macro Code" within your Excel sheet so that you could use the generic functionality of Excel to enter the data into Dynamics GP. Though, this could be far more exhausting.
Your feedback is highly appreciated to dig for further details if required.
We have a GP utility called "Financial Elementz" that has an import facility to create GL Journal Entries into a Financial Batch directly from Excel. It lets you create separate mapping definitions (from within GP windows) to cater for spreadsheets with different column arrangements. I can send you a version to try if you are interested.
Dynamics Innovations has an execellent product called Excel Paste.
There is no standard process but there are several tools that can do this for you. You can use Integration Manager from MS or SmartConnect from eOne. While there are others, many good, these are the ones that I know. All require a license/purchase unless you already own them.
If you are new to MS Dynamics GP, take a look at our publications. They can help you learn your job very fast. www.accoladepublications.com
