Hi guys Can anyone recommend some good books to help develop custom workflow and plug-ins for CRM v4? I'm a bit-part developer so prepared for a steep but hopefully fairly rapid learning curve! Thanks Paul

Hello Paul, I passed the last year reading a lot in books and over blogs in the web... but i can assure you that David Yack book named "xRM as a Rapid Development Platform" made all the diference in my learning plan... cheers Mário
