Management Reporter- Reporting Tree

Hi,

I have added a new company to my reporting tree, the same way in which I have added numerous other companies.

However when I run the report this one new enity is not appearing in any of my reports even though its included in the reporting tree?

I have the same question (0)

Are you able to generate the report for the entity without the tree?

Depending on the version of Management Reporter, a datamart refresh may be required to integrate the new entity.

Hello Mairead,

Is it possible that there is no data posted for the company missing in the period for which you run the report?

Alternatively, have you checked that there is no other filter or setup configuration applied that might prevent you from seeing those data?

They point to two possibilities that can be seen on Your site.

Please confirm if there are transactions in this new legal entity.

If yes, please perform DM reset to initialize the integration of new entity.

Yes there are definitely transactions and I have set up this report over 80 entities so not sure why its not working?

How do you perform a DM reset?

Please follow the steps described on web: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/analytics/reset-financial-reporting-datamart-after-restore to perform DM reset.

If the same problem appears on UAT, you may start first there and check if DM reset solved the problem.
