Hi,

PROD Issue -

When I am going to print sales invoice report in AR module then got below message and report in NOT displaying on screen

To generate the report we clicked on Print preview- Original preview. - REPORT IS NOT GENERATED and got the info

Note - I have checked, the report design property . It is mentioned Oruentation - Protrait, Fit to page - YES

### It is PROD Issue.

But when we clicked on Copy preview - It is generated the report in PROD

**** The same report ( Original preview ), when we run in DEV , It is displayed in screen. In info it is showing 85% fit to page.

Kindly let me know how will solve this?

Issue has been resolved. It is print management setup issue.

Hi @rp@n,

Have you setup print management configuration?

What I would test is setting up the print management and then print the document as a file (e.g. PDF).

Wonder if this works.

Also, can you let us know if you see the same issue for other reports?

Can you print anything?

Finally got the info

And INVOCE IS NOT PRINTED***

Report - Design - Properties

Hi,

Can you please elaborate and let us know the issue?

The message seems to indicate that something is scaled but that's all I can identify.

Was the invoice printed?

If so, what method of printing did you use? (email, printer, etc.)?

What would also help is if you could let us know what kind of invoice you try to print and how you started that printing.

Finally, can you let us know whether modifications have been made to the invoice design?
