After the sales of the day, i generate Z report but the print out is blank what could be the cause of it?

Thank you for posting your question about a blank Z report.
You will want to check in Store Operations Manager | Database | Registers | Receipt Formats | Properties that you have select a Report Template.
I believe the file to select, if you click the lookup icon, would be XReport.xml.
In my install the description for Report shows as ..XML 40-col X and Z Report....
