We encounter issue in email customer statement where previous month's customer's statement was attached in the email instead of current month.But not all the statements for the selected customers were wrong. About 30% of the statements for the selected customers were wrongly attached with the previous month's.Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Has this issue been occurring consistently for a while or has it only occurred once? If you browse out to the TEMP folder in Windows by entering %TEMP% in either the Windows Search bar or in a Windows Explorer path bar, are there still Word Template files in the Folder that could potentially be deleted before the next Statement process is run?
If you set up a Test company and change the Customer Email address to be your own, are you able to reproduce this by running a few months worth of statements in the Test company?
KB - Set up a test company that has a copy of live company data for Microsoft Dynamics GP by using Microsoft SQL Server
