Hi Experts

Is it possible that design a Power Automation or Microsoft Flow process from BC to do the following

1) User trigger Flow/Automation from Item Card. Let say Item Obsolete.

2) Email sent to first approver.

3) After approval it goes to second person and ask to do a manual task and confirm. (like Yes/No question).

4) After confirm goes to 3rd approver.

5) After approval Flow goes back to BC and Block the item (Sales Bloc , Purchase Block, and Block)

If yes, do you have any example?

Thanks

Hi, In this Launch Event, there is a similar example. He Blocked the Item.

I also made a simple example, I hope it can help you.

I don’t have a blog on this exact scenario but I have produced a demo around it recently. Use this blog as a rough guide: joshanglesea.wordpress.com/.../

Merely a case of adding in more approvals. Could be you can start them in parallel or one after another. You will need a custom api and I tend to use the simple object designer when I don’t want to code.

    Thanks JAngle

Do you have any example that close to this one that I can follow (I am new into Power Automation). Also, I assume we need custom API for those fields? If this is correct any good guideline for that?

    Thanks

All achievable. Initial limitation is api given the standard doesn’t expose all those fields. Once that is resolved you’re good to go with building the flow.
