Hi all,

I noticed I am not able to record any event after the last upgrade. My current version is 15.0.36560.0 OnCloud.

Do you experience the same issue? How to solve it?

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    I just verified it and I do have the same experience. I will ask around and come back to you as soon as I do have an answer.

    Thanks for mentioning this.

    Hello,

    On your behalf I did create an internal ticket to the product group. The following did came back. Hope it does help. Please verify the answer if this did indeed work for you so others can benefit from the answer.

    ////

    When the event recorder does not record any events, it usually means that the events are being recorded on a different session than the one where the action is performed.

    We would then guess that the two windows/tabs used (the one for recording and the one in which the action is performed) are running on different server sessions.

    Here are two scenarios that should lead the event recorder to be recording events on the same session as the one where the action is performed.

    - Running the event record and performing the action in the same tab. For this, first, start the event recorder. From search, access the page where the events are triggered. (This will keep the event recorder page open underneath. Note that if the event recorder page is closed, no events will be returned). Once the action has been performed, go back to the event recorder page underneath and close it.

    - Using the new multi-tasking client feature. In order to do so, they can open the event recorder from search. Then click on 'Open page in a new window', this will open the Event Recorder there. In the original window, the action triggering events can be performed while recording on the new opened one.

    Thank you.
