How did you include the dynamics.set file when you published GP?

I am having this exact same problem!! Does anyone know of a fix?
Under remoteapp programs select the dynamics GP app. Right click then select edit properties, Select parameters on the left side of the screen, then click Always use the following command-line parameters, type in the path then click ok
"D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP2013\Dynamics.exe" Dynamics.set
