Hi Community,
My user tried to reveres an entry, but for some reason that reversal entry was wrong.
May I ask where do I go and how do I reverse the reversed General Ledger Entry in Navision 2018?

Because these transactions already have been reversed once you will have to register a journal manually in order to reverse them again.

Do you mean I have to go to General Journal to create a new lines of the same value and quantity to tally with that reversal?
Correct that the way to do it.
But of course reverse the sign of the amounts so you do a reverse and not a copy of the transaction.
So no way around doing it the hard way through a general journal.

Just look at the Reverse flag on General Ledger Entries page to know if it has been reversed.
