Hi, this is sometimes related to Azure Latency.
Test the speed of Dynamics 365 Business Central from your location (Azure Latency Test)
And, Where is cloud(SaaS) data actually stored:
If there is no customization and it is very slow, it is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft and let them assist in the investigation.

Hello, I am also experiencing a similar issue of slowness in BC online. Initially, I thought it was only a problem with my environment. However, creating and processing a single sales orders takes a much longer time, and other pages take much more time to load as well.
Yes we checked the telemetry and found nothing wrong. I was just told that Microsoft is sending out a fix, so hopefully we will be back on track tomorrow.
I've been running into the same issue. Takes a bit more than a minute to just get into Business Central, then actions after like opening pages, creating new order, all take 45 seconds to a minute. It all seemed to massively slow down today. Maybe your telemetry might have answers but the telemetry of my system has no errors to pinpoint a cause
If you have Admin permission just check with Telemetry session what is causing the issue, or ask to Admin to check it.
