Due date alerts rules not working

Hello people,

I setup due date alerts for workflow. Requirement is sending mail to work item owner when date/time is due. I did these setups below;

1- From work flow history;

2- From WorkFlowWorkItemTable ;

And both batch jobs regarding to alerts are working fine. However I receive no notifications and mails. Am I missing something?

I kindly ask your advices. Thanks in advance.

    Hi KemAbatt, I am not sure but it might be due to alert set on a DateTime field instead of a Date field.

    Also, please ensure that you have started Due Date Alerts Batch job from System Administration-->Periodic Tasks-->Alerts-->Due Date Alerts

    Hi Mohit,

    I think you are right I did some different setup like change&is due options for PO delivery date and it worked fine.
