I would like to ask when will be available the capabilities like the one in the image (enhanced customer profile). it is a picture of the LA Clippers demo. and it is awesome!!!

You want to know new features about customer Insights app, you can click one release plan(for example:2020 release wave 2 plan which describes all new features releasing from October 2020 through March 2021. ),then you can find app you need in left pane of the page.
In 'What's new and planned' page, you can view all new features in the list.
As document said, “In the General availability column, the feature will be delivered within the month listed. The delivery date can be any day within that month. Released features show the full date, including the date of release.
This check mark (√) shows which features have been released for public preview or early access and for public preview, early access, and general availability.”
Note:The Dynamics 365 release plan for the 2021 release wave 1 describes all new features releasing from April 2021 through September 2021.
In short, if you want to know when any new features are released and available, you need to keep an eye on this document for updates.
