schannel.dll - installing RMS 2.0

When I try installing RMS 2.0 on my windows 7 machine I get the message cannot find schannel.dll. I have tried downloading the schannel.dll onto the machine but I still see the same message. Any ideas?

    I would double check your Win7 installation.

    Open a command prompt and run the sfc /scannow command to check for Windows errors
