Looking to swap careers to CRM consultant.

I'm a young person currently looking at swapping career paths towards becoming a CRM Consultant, currently I'm doing a apprenticeship what will last for another year and a half in a completely different industry what has no IT skills included in it, however I've grown up with computers and I'm competent In PowerPoint, exel ect.
After work I've been completing various Microsoft learn units centered around CRM fundamentals, and plan to eventually take the exam and gain a fundamentals certificate. I have around a year and a half until I can start applying for roles.
my main questions are, what are starting roles I could qualify for with around 3 qualifications centered around CRM, and is there anyway for me to get some practical experience while I study, and finally any reccomendations for studying.
any help is welcomed and would love to talk about how people eventually got into 365 oriented jobs!
