Records Reassigned to wrong individuals

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with some, seemingly random, records being assigned to different users.

Is there somewhere in the system I can find a record of reassignment jobs, or is this explained by any known issue?

    When you have parental relationship or configurable cascading with Assign = Cascade All/Active, then if someone assign the parent entity record, the child record will also get re-assigned.

    Check in audit to see a pattern, or verify with the Assigned user owning parent records - this will be proved.

    You can always check the audit history that is if it is enabled,or ebale it and the next time this happens You can check it,  or  modified by that is if the record was not worked on since last assign,because of assign of a record the modified by and modified on fields change,this could also be because of the relationship between different record types as Arun points out.

    Hi Kaupelly

    I had same issue and finally I understand that Relationship Behavior in relationship between to entity may cause this issue  it means that when assign a record to someone all related records will assign too.

    So ,in Relationship Behavior change to "configurable cascading" and set the assign to 'NONE'
