The product properties view (as embedded on the product form) has by default, 7 columns: Name, Base Property, Data Type, Read-Only, Required, Hidden and Default Value. Most of these columns are pretty irrelevant to a user - a customer services member of staff for example, only wants to know the property name and it's value(s). I can't find a way to make the display of product properties user friendly and am sure something so simple is probably staring right in front of me! Please could someone explain how to customise that view?
The view itself is called "Properties - Product Families" and should be in the Properties (Regarding) entity. Looking in the properties entity, there are no views and on the form builder for the product entity, the edit and new buttons are greyed out for making changes to the product properties data source so can't create a new view either.
