Dynamics Email Tracking

Is it possible for Dynamics to track all emails that are forwarded to a designated Outlook Inbox?  I've been looking into Power Automate in order to try and automate the tracking of emails sent to clients from 10to8 Appointment Scheduling.  We were initially going to use Microsoft Bookings, but I don't believe we can automate emails from Bookings.
