we are planning to create a new authorization concept in our NAV.
We want to define different authorisation groups based on the job title, which are then automatically stored on the new user.
This is to make as far as possible fully automated.
Is there already a solution for this on the market that we can use like a module?

Do you mean in addition to roles an permissions that are a part of the standard system?
And you can assign permission to AD groups so i am not sure i see the need of creating something new here.
