Hey,

Is there any way to show old and new field value on entity form? My client would like to add a tab to form which shows old and new value of certain fields? However, they don't want to use javascript.

To make it more complicated, is there any way to gather data of old and new values from three different entities to one of those? Those three entities are related to opportunity to sales process. Please note that checking audit history is not a option since they think that its too complicated for their users.

As far as I know, Through OOB features achieving this on the entity form is not possible.

you can develop HTML web resource or SSRS report to display these data in supported manner

I would recommend either teaching the users how to access the end of the daisy chain where they can see the audit history normally, or changing the user's process to fill out a new field which shows the necessary information

This is only possible if you create new fields

This would only be possible with new fields and relationships between each entity
