I need to create a marketing form that will allow a potential customer to search for fitness clubs near a certain address that they can type in. How would I go about doing this?

Hi USA80,

Currently there is no OOB geolocation feature for marketing form.

I think you should do it by importing Google Map or Bing Map into your marketing page with javascript.

Here is a sample from Google Map which has enable a search box to show nearby place based on what we typed in.

We could get text/value of automatically completed location at "onfocusout" event of search box.
