Is there a way to mass export accounts including its link?

You probably won't be able to export the link, so, once you have used excel export, for example, you can add a column and populate it with the links which will look like this:
https://<YOUR BASE DYNAMICS URL>/main.aspx?etc=1&extraqs=&id=%7bACCOUNT_ID_GOES_HERE%7d&newWindow=true&pagetype=entityrecord
If you are exporting to excel, your ACCOUNT_ID -s will be in the "A" column of the excel spreasheet

You have several options. One of which is to use the new Dynamics 365 Data Export Service:

Alternatively, you can export data to Excel:
www.microsoft.com/.../export-data-to-excel.aspx
