Hi,

I would like to find out. If I would like to purchase 1 bag of coca from 5 vendors, is there anyway in Navision I can have this comparism to see which vendor has the cheapest?

Hi, sorry that the screenshot is from BC, but I think you can use Value Entries.

You can filter Item Ledger Entry Type (Purchase) and Item no.

Then you can find Cost per Unit and Source No.

PS: Vendor Purchases by Item is on the Vendor List page. (Hope that in NVA2018 is also in the same position)

Josh,

You can run a report called Vendor Purchases by Item. Or you can also setup the Vendor Item catalog and list all the Vendors and their Pricing, but the report will give you a snap shot of your History.
